About The Position
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team at Bacchus Pub, a high-volume, full-service restaurant at The Hotel Baxter, by helping ensure guests receive prompt, attentive service. The role contributes to a warm and welcoming guest experience and supports the restaurant’s service and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Contribute to a welcoming guest experience.
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery.
- Clear and clean tables promptly according to sanitation standards.
- Complete side duties, including polishing silverware, setting up the restaurant, and replenishing condiments.
