We are seeking an SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and execute modern digital marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of: SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO/AGO (Generative Engine Optimization), Content marketing, Digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience conducting keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Understanding of search ranking factors and technical SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with search algorithm updates and industry trends.
  • Working knowledge of: HTML, CSS, Website architecture, Structured data/schema markup.
  • Ability to identify and communicate technical SEO issues.
  • Experience with website analytics and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of website performance optimization principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers.
  • Experience creating SEO-focused content strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis.
  • Perform on-page optimization for website pages, landing pages, blogs, and resource content.
  • Manage technical SEO initiatives including: Site architecture, Internal linking, Crawlability, Indexation, Schema markup, Core Web Vitals.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis.
  • Monitor search rankings and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Improve organic traffic, domain authority, and search visibility.
  • Optimize content for AI-generated search results and answer engines.
  • Develop content structures that improve visibility within AI-powered search experiences.
  • Implement schema and structured data strategies that enhance machine readability.
  • Improve content discoverability across emerging search platforms.
  • Analyze AI search trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Develop strategies that increase visibility within generative AI platforms and large language models.
  • Optimize content for AI citation and retrieval.
  • Create content frameworks that improve AI comprehension and relevance.
  • Monitor emerging AI search technologies and adapt optimization strategies accordingly.
  • Support Performacentric's thought leadership initiatives through AI-optimized content development.
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support lead generation initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators on: Blog articles, White papers, Datasheets, Case studies, Website content.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion.
  • Assist with email marketing initiatives.
  • Measure and report campaign performance.
  • Track and report on: Organic traffic, Keyword rankings, Lead generation, Conversion rates, Engagement metrics, Search visibility.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Present findings and optimization opportunities to leadership.
