•$123,500 - $175,000

About The Position

Hiya is hiring a Senior Web Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for its marketing website in an AI-enabled buyer journey. The role will shape how Hiya’s web properties influence what buyers discover, understand, and decide about the company, with the goal of generating high-quality conversions and sales pipeline. It is a performance- and analytics-driven role at the center of Hiya’s demand engine, translating positioning and campaign strategies into effective web experiences and leading the conversion-rate-optimization program across markets. The Senior Web Marketing Manager owns website priorities, experience, discoverability, conversion, and localization, partnering with the GTM Engineer, who owns the platform, architecture, and technical build. The role requires deep understanding of buyer psychology and funnel performance, fluency with marketing technology, curiosity about AI, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and agencies. Hiya describes its work environment as high-ownership, transparent, and autonomous. Employees are expected to navigate ambiguity, take responsibility for results, maintain high standards for quality and customer trust, and embody the values of Serve, Own, Lead, Improve, and Do.

  • Creativity and resourcefulness, with consultative leadership across cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Performance- and analytics-driven approach with a strong focus on conversion.
  • Interest in the future of the web and customer experience, including what websites need to do in an AI-enabled era.

Responsibilities

  • Own Hiya’s website strategy, roadmap, and buyer-journey KPIs, including traffic growth, engagement, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution.
  • Conduct a post-migration content audit and determine what content to keep, consolidate, cut, or expand to meet 2027 goals.
  • Build and run the conversion-rate-optimization program, including hypotheses, testing roadmaps, A/B tests, personalization, and ongoing optimization of key pages and full-funnel journeys.
  • Own metric definitions that inform the company’s Amplitude instance.
  • Translate campaign and positioning strategies into landing pages and web experiences, and work with engineering to build page systems that help demand and audience marketing teams deploy campaigns quickly.
  • Champion high-quality mobile and desktop UX, clear messaging, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals and performance standards.
  • Own SEO and GEO strategy in partnership with the content team, including keyword targets and global search and AI visibility monitoring.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer on website performance and technical needs, and recommend outside support or tooling where useful.
  • Own website localization and regional performance across global markets, building scalable localization workflows in Sanity with the localization manager.
  • Build reporting that connects web performance to pipeline; partner with GTM Engineering on event tracking, tagging, and web attribution.
