About The Position

The Senior Transportation Supervisor leads and directs the Tyson Transportation fleet to achieve business and financial objectives. The position provides functional supervision to members of the work unit, including assigning work and training lower-level positions. The role is based at the Springdale, Arkansas terminal office and is designated as first shift. Domestic travel of 1–5 trips per year is expected. Applicants must submit a resume to be considered.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide functional supervision, including assigning work and training lower-level positions.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of Tyson transportation experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills are a plus.
• Experience with Tyson Business Computer Systems, including Sale Inventory SAP Transportation and Warehousing Systems.
