About The Position

This position is responsible for leading and directing the Tyson Transportation fleet to achieve business and financial objectives. It provides functional supervision for other members of the work unit, including assigning work and training lower-level positions. The role is based at the Springdale, Arkansas terminal office and works first shift. Travel involves 1–5 domestic trips per year. A resume is required for consideration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Three or more years of Tyson transportation experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide functional supervision, including assigning work and training lower-level positions.
Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
