About The Position

The Senior Territory Manager – Pain Treatment consults with healthcare professionals and provides clinical and technical information to healthcare professionals and patients to achieve sales objectives. The role operates in accordance with company policies and procedures and requires a high degree of compliant and ethical behavior.

Requirements

Four-year degree.
At least 5 years of proven sales experience delivering against a quota.
Strong business-to-business selling experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience in biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve assigned sales quotas for assigned products.
Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and effective sales processes for assigned products.
Conduct clinical and reimbursement in-service training programs with appropriate customers.
Educate patients and healthcare providers in clinic settings on proper use of prescribed products.
Assist with projects such as test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
Follow inventory and sample control processes, including compliance regulations, cost controls, and field and sample inventory management.
Stay current with company communications using email, voicemail, conference calls, meetings, and other technology.
Complete accurate daily office visit entries in the CRM, submit and manage expenses on time, and complete required training by deadlines.
Conduct business in compliance with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures, and applicable internal controls; hold oneself and others accountable.
Perform other duties as assigned.
