About The Position

The Territory Account Manager – Fertility Solutions owns the territory’s revenue and quota, driving growth in product mix, volume, new-product adoption, and customer acquisition. This field-based role requires approximately 90% in-person customer engagement. The role develops customer relationships through on-site meetings, account planning, live case support where appropriate, product positioning, and data-driven account management. Virtual meetings are complementary rather than primary. The account manager manages territory strategy and account plans, prospects for new customers, expands existing accounts, negotiates local agreements, and coordinates product launches and implementations. The role works closely with commercial and cross-functional partners, conducts inventory and consignment audits to support product availability and sales, maintains accurate forecasts and CRM records, and uses Power BI to analyze account and purchasing trends. The position also requires maintaining product expertise and completing required training and certifications. Success is measured by quota attainment, customer acquisition, new-product adoption and repeat purchases, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, CRM compliance, in-person activity, executive access, contract wins, implementation, and customer experience. The position is not work-from-home and is focused on selling and relationship growth rather than customer support or order monitoring.
