•$184,500 - $205,000

About The Position

Cohesity is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead product release operations and customer readiness as part of the Engineering organization. The role owns complex, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, and business operations, spanning engineering release execution as well as go-to-market and customer readiness. The position also drives organizational effectiveness through metrics, governance, process improvement, and AI-augmented operating models. The program owner is accountable from kickoff through release and post-launch care, turning ambiguous initiatives into executable plans with clear ownership, milestones, metrics, and guardrails. The role ensures products are built and tested and that commercial, legal, enablement, marketing, revenue recognition, and support readiness are in place before general availability. It also oversees partnership and OEM readiness, creates reusable playbooks and workflow templates, and communicates risks and decisions to VP- and C-level leaders. Employees within a reasonable commute of a Cohesity core office are expected to work from an office two to three days per week. Candidates outside the area should be prepared to relocate before starting and have the legal right to work in the job location. The role has a stated annualized pay range of $184,500 to $205,000. Full-time employees are eligible for the company's benefits framework.
