About The Position

The Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Ingestion, is the primary delivery owner and client-facing point of contact for a portfolio of complex, interconnected data ingestion and integration initiatives. The role independently leads programs across multiple clients, platforms, engineering teams, and operational workstreams from intake through production readiness, stabilization, and outcome realization. It owns technical roadmaps, scope, schedules, releases, risks, dependencies, change control, governance, and delivery outcomes. The role partners with data engineering, product, operations, security, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical program requirements, assess feasibility and sequencing, resolve cross-project issues, and recommend delivery tradeoffs and corrective actions. Although it does not perform the technical build, it applies knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and data integration concepts—including file feeds, interfaces, APIs, data pipelines, validation, and production readiness—to influence decisions and achieve measurable client and operational outcomes. The position is remote, with travel and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate offices as business needs require. It is limited to individuals residing and authorized to work in the United States. The stated pay range is $115,000–$172,500, based on experience.
