About The Position

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Data & Analytics program to lead cross-functional delivery of Transaction Lookup Services (TLS). TLS provides scalable, high-performance access to transaction data supporting disputes, chargebacks, analytics, customer servicing, and payment ecosystem partners across global markets. The role coordinates complex technical initiatives across Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Security, regional teams, and business stakeholders. The TPM brings structure to ambiguous work, manages dependencies and risks, and helps deliver reliable, secure, compliant transaction-data capabilities on schedule. The role involves planning and governing programs from definition through launch and operational readiness; aligning teams on scope, sequencing, ownership, and commitments; and communicating status, risks, decisions, and business impact to senior leaders and partners. It also includes investigating transaction-data patterns with SQL and analytical tools where appropriate, using AI-assisted tools to improve program work, and assessing AI opportunities in TLS workflows for measurable customer or operational value. The position requires practical knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and end-to-end data flows, along with strong technical program leadership. The successful candidate will work with technical leads and stakeholders on performance, availability, resiliency, security, compliance, data quality, and regionalization, and coordinate testing, release readiness, operational handoff, and post-launch follow-up. Mastercard states that the position is intended to be filled by 01/27/2027, or as soon as possible if that date has passed. The listed pay range for O'Fallon, Missouri is $96,000–$163,000 USD. Eligible full-time employees generally receive benefits including insurance, paid leave, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, fitness reimbursement or access to on-site fitness facilities, and potential tuition reimbursement. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions, depending on the role.
