Senior Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Systems)
About The Position
EOS IT Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager for a key client engagement focused on Enterprise Systems, Finance Systems, and business transformation initiatives. The role serves as a trusted partner to client stakeholders, leading complex cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Accounting, Enterprise Applications, HRIS, IT, and Operations. The successful candidate will work within a client environment, build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate organizational complexity, and independently drive critical initiatives from planning through delivery. The position leads enterprise-scale initiatives across Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, and operational functions, and serves as the primary program management lead for client Enterprise Systems initiatives. The role requires deep experience delivering Finance Systems and Enterprise Systems initiatives, along with the ability to bring structure, accountability, and momentum to high-priority client-facing work.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of Technical Program Management or Enterprise Systems Program Management experience.
- Strong experience working with Finance, Accounting, ERP, or Enterprise Systems organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive-level communications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and systems architecture principles.
- Deep experience delivering Finance Systems and Enterprise Systems initiatives.
- Ability to operate in a client-facing role and bring structure, accountability, and momentum to high-priority initiatives.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, system consolidations, integrations, or transformation programs.
- Prior consulting, managed services, or customer-facing program management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple enterprise-scale programs and initiatives across Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, and operational functions.
- Act as the primary program management lead supporting client Enterprise Systems initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, technical teams, system owners, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives involving ERP, Finance Systems, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalations.
- Independently drive critical initiatives from planning through delivery.
