About The Position

The company aims to build proactive, AI-native applications for people who are not used to complex prompting. Its first application is an agent-first mobile communication app intended to integrate AI into everyday communication, coordination, and collaboration. The company’s goal is to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows with minimal or no prompting, helping reduce misinformation and coordination costs while enabling high-quality tasks and collaboration at scale.

The Senior Technical Product Manager will define product roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for assigned product areas. They will identify user needs and translate them into product features, workflows, and specifications; work with engineering to assess technical approaches; lead product development from planning and design through testing, launch, and improvement; analyze user behavior and product performance; and use market opportunities, competing products, and user feedback to guide priorities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including shipping technology products.
• Strong system design knowledge and the ability to evaluate architecture, data models, integrations, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
• Ability to challenge technical proposals, identify architectural risks, and work with engineering to resolve complex product and system constraints.
• Experience owning complex products or workflows end-to-end, from problem definition and technical scoping through launch and production iteration.
• Ability to balance quality, latency, reliability, development cost, and time-to-market when making product decisions.
• Proven track record of improving adoption, engagement, retention, or business outcomes through shipped products.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience designing experiments, interpreting metrics, and making investment decisions based on evidence.

• Experience with distributed systems and complex integrations.
