About The Position

Braze describes its culture as collaborative, approachable, inclusive, and fast-paced, emphasizing autonomy, accountability, learning, teamwork, and work-life harmony. The company offers hybrid ways of working and a curated in-office experience. For U.S.-based candidates, the stated starting base pay range is $85,000–$121,000 per year, with expected on-target earnings of $101,000–$143,000 per year, including bonus or commission. The role also qualifies for equity grants of restricted stock units.
