About The Position

As a Senior Specialist - Marketing (Campaign Management), you will help lead the campaign intake, planning, and production activities within an assigned business area. You will serve as the primary liaison between the strategic business unit marketing and digital and content marketing teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are clearly defined, strategically aligned, and ready for execution. You will own the development and quality of campaign briefs and ensure campaigns have clear goals, audiences, messaging, and success metrics before entering production. You will also serve as a subject matter expert in campaign planning and execution and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent education and experience required
  • 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex programs utilizing multiple channels with measurable impact
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing tools, platforms, and reporting for specialty area
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while aligning to broader program goals

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Industry experience in technology, product manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
  • Ability to travel 0% - 10%

Responsibilities

  • Owns campaign intake, planning, and readiness for assigned marketing programs, campaigns, or business initiatives
  • Serves as the primary campaign management partner for assigned stakeholders
  • Determines whether campaign requests are sufficiently defined, approved, and ready to enter production
  • Develops and maintains high-quality campaign briefs and supporting documentation with minimal oversight
  • Manages stakeholder alignment and approval processes throughout the campaign planning lifecycle
  • Reviews and evaluates requested changes to campaign objectives, messaging, deliverables, or requirements and recommends appropriate actions
  • Flags business or scope-related risks and recommends mitigation strategies to stakeholders and other leaders
  • Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of campaign intake processes, briefing standards, and reusable marketing assets
