About The Position

Join Cisco’s collaborative marketing team, which orchestrates integrated marketing activity across channels, disciplines, and global and regional priorities. The team connects campaign planning with execution so marketing activities are coordinated, measurable, and delivered efficiently to support business objectives and create connected customer experiences. As a link between campaign planning and channel execution, the Marketing Campaign Delivery Specialist coordinates, tracks, and measures marketing activities across the customer journey. The role turns agreed priorities into clear plans, works with internal teams and agencies to deliver those plans, and helps maintain consistent workflows as the team scales. It makes activity progress and performance visible, flags issues early, improves customer touch points and delivery processes, and uses AI and automation to reduce manual work.
