About The Position

The Senior Specialist, Change Management supports the execution, development, and continuous improvement of the change control process for the RAQA Division under minimal supervision. The role helps ensure that the process complies with applicable standards and regulations and provides backup audit support when needed. It also contributes to user training programs and supports the division while collaborating with SGS Change Management on process execution. The position is hybrid in Portage, Michigan, with 10% travel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a legal, technical, or regulated environment.
Prior experience in change management.

Nice To Haves

Experience with PLM systems such as Windchill.
Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to internal customers by prioritizing and completing PLM Help Incidents and Tasks in the ServiceNow queue.
Provide support to Senior Change Management Engineers.
Liaise with relevant functional groups and facilitate and mentor teams through the change control process.
Support change owners and initiators.
Ensure compliance with relevant corporate procedures.
Serve as a super user of the PLM system.
Identify continuous-improvement and collaboration opportunities, and promote development and implementation of quality data and reports to improve and optimize business processes and results.
Partner in, lead, or attend discussions on global processes, corporate forums, and collaboration arenas to improve change control processes and systems.
Deliver training and coaching for new change management users on change management principles and the system.
Monitor emerging issues and identify solutions.
Provide backup support for audits when needed.
