About The Position

Everbridge is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to support its Control Center solution. The role provides project management and enterprise application implementation services throughout project design, build, testing, and training, following the company’s quality-control and program-delivery methodology. It is customer-facing and requires thorough knowledge of the Control Center software platform, the infrastructure it interacts with, and the subsystem edge devices used by end users and reseller partners. The position combines project management with technical knowledge of development, database administration, and network engineering.

The consultant provides technical leadership across solution design, integration, testing, quality control, commissioning, and deployment. The role also includes preparing project estimates and customer documentation, configuring and installing solutions at customer locations, training customers and partners, and providing onsite and remote third-level technical support. Internally, the consultant helps maintain deployment quality and project documentation, supports acceptance testing, and provides product feedback to Product and Development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a software-related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to interpret written requirements and technical specifications.
• Successfully managed the completion of at least 10 technical deployment projects in the security industry.
• Experience installing, implementing, testing, and training end users on a high-level application suite such as document management, fleet management, EPOS, or ERP.
• Experience configuring PCs and servers and troubleshooting Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of database architectures and methodologies, ideally Microsoft SQL Server, and the ability to manipulate data using SQL.
• Excellent knowledge of current Windows Server and Desktop versions.
• Experience and knowledge of networking principles and IP.
• Excellent knowledge of virtual machine environments, Microsoft Clustering, Failover, and High Availability.
• Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the physical security industry.
• Secret Clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive working knowledge of Control Center software solutions and capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership across the design, build, integration, testing, quality control, commissioning, and deployment of Control Center solutions.
• Provide project estimates in accordance with Control Center project methodologies.
• Create detailed design documentation for customer submission, review, and approval.
• Understand the setup, configuration, and operation of third-party subsystem edge devices, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems, and their integration with Everbridge solutions.
• Develop detailed functional and operational customer requirements specifications from site visits, RFIs, RFPs, and other commercial and technical documentation.
• Install and configure Control Center software solutions at end-user and reseller partner customer locations.
• Train end-user customers and reseller partners in Control Center solutions.
• Ensure product deployments consistently meet the agreed Statements of Work and Functional Design Specifications.
• Maintain detailed project documentation to support handover to Customer Support after project completion.
• Provide constructive feedback and product intelligence to Product and Development teams.
• Participate in factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, and user acceptance tests.
• Provide onsite and remote third-level technical support.
