Senior Social Media Manager

Wipro•Seattle, WA

About The Position

Wipro is seeking an experienced Events and Announcements Social Media Manager to support Microsoft by turning high-visibility launches, events, and announcements into coordinated, channel-ready social activations. They work with product marketing managers, social leads, creative partners, agencies, legal and compliance reviewers, publishing teams, and client stakeholders to make complex product stories relevant to audiences and adapt content for different platforms. The position manages social workflows and publishing in Sprinklr, ensures content is accurate and ready for launch, monitors live activity, analyzes performance, and develops actionable insights and reusable playbooks. It also applies AI-assisted workflows and automation to improve planning efficiency, quality control, analysis, and operational consistency.
