About The Position

Classic Collision is hiring for a Senior Service Advisor/Collision Estimator. The role serves as the primary customer contact throughout vehicle repairs, from drop-off through delivery, and prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines. The position coordinates with insurers and technicians, keeps customers informed, and helps ensure a positive repair experience and quality vehicle delivery. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, by phone, and in person.
Strong organizational skills.
Successful completion of a background check required.

Nice To Haves

Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
Familiarity with CCC1 estimating systems preferred.
I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, from vehicle drop-off through completed-vehicle delivery.
Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and support the best customer experience.
Keep customers updated on the repair process.
Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of vehicle damage are identified.
Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
Perform a quality inspection before delivering the vehicle to the customer.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
