About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. This role works with the Service Director to help drive team results and meet department objectives. It also serves as a liaison between customers and technicians by presenting vehicle repair recommendations and providing excellent service and suggestions to help customers keep their vehicles in top shape.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn and use it.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Manager experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Nice To Haves

• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure their vehicle maintenance needs are met and addressed.
• Write repair orders for customers, providing transparent cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with customers in a timely manner and keep them updated throughout the service process.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and parts staff to help ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and coworkers.
• Use fixed operations technology.
• Work with the Service Director to help drive team results and meet department objectives.
• Present vehicle repair recommendations and provide suggestions to help customers maintain their vehicles.
