About The Position

Classic Collision is hiring a Senior Service Advisor/Collision Estimator to guide customers through the vehicle repair process, from drop-off through delivery. The role prepares repair estimates, works with insurance partners to manage claims, coordinates with technicians to identify vehicle damage, and keeps customers informed about repair progress. The employee also performs quality inspections before vehicle delivery and works to meet customer satisfaction standards. The position is commission-based, with compensation dependent on expected sales volume.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, by phone, and in person.
Strong organizational skills.
Successful completion of a background check required.
Demonstrate integrity, respect, and accountability; provide strong customer service; contribute innovative ideas; and support teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
Familiarity with CCC1 estimating systems preferred.
I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the repair process, from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
Work with insurance companies to manage customer claims and support a positive customer experience.
Keep customers updated on the repair process.
Coordinate with technicians to confirm that all damage has been identified.
Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
Perform quality inspections before delivering vehicles to customers.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
