About The Position

Level AI is a Series C AI company based in Mountain View. We build the platform that turns contact center conversations into intelligence the rest of the business can act on. Quality, analytics, coaching, automation, and AI agents all run on the same customer data. This role is a seat built to launch a sales career—you'll prospect enterprise CX and contact center buyers, run outbound that earns replies, and open qualified pipeline. Few markets move like enterprise AI does right now, and this is where you learn to sell it: to sophisticated buyers, on a product that spans the application layer, proprietary models, and owned infrastructure, while the skill is worth the most.

Requirements

At least 1 year in an SDR or outbound prospecting role
Strong cold calling and writing, with messages that sound like a person wrote them
Real interest in AI and in how enterprise sales actually works
Comfort working onsite and collaborating across sales and marketing
The drive to hit targets and the persistence to keep dialing after a no

A real path to AE. We hire SDRs we expect to promote. Perform, and you move into a closing role here. We would rather grow the next AE than recruit one.
A direct line to leadership. You'll work onsite with our CEO, CTO, and go-to-market leaders. This is a rare opportunity for SDR to sit alongside with company leadership vs. being layers removed.

Responsibilities

Research target accounts and identify the buyers worth pursuing
Run cold calls and email campaigns that get replies from senior CX and contact center leaders
Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline
Test your outreach against real response data and keep what works
Partner with AEs and marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging
