About The Position

Join Xplor Technologies’ Momence team as SDR Manager, based in Australia, and lead and scale the outbound SDR function across APAC, initially focusing on Australia. The role builds a high-performing team that generates predictable pipeline for the Account Executive organisation and reports to the Regional Sales Director. The position is fully remote within Australia for candidates with full working rights. The SDR Manager hires, onboards, trains, coaches, and develops SDRs; owns outbound prospecting strategy and performance; and uses data to improve results and report insights to Sales Leadership. The role works closely with Recruitment, Marketing, Sales, and Product to improve lead quality, outbound effectiveness, and the SDR-to-AE handoff. Xplor welcomes applicants who bring curiosity, empathy, a positive outlook, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Xplor’s stated values are Find a better way, Do the right thing, Say it straight, Win together, and Own the outcome. The company describes itself as committed to diversity and inclusion, transparent hiring, and human review of hiring decisions. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the advertised country; visa sponsorship, contractor arrangements, and Employer of Record engagements are not available for this position.
