About The Position

Fusion Technology is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams. This role involves managing a technical team via Agile methodologies within software/R&D environments. The Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, removing impediments, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and tracking metrics like velocity. The position requires the ability to communicate technical information effectively across teams, function independently, delegate tasks, and mentor others. An active TS Clearance is mandatory for consideration.

Requirements

Active TS Clearance
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of related experience in Agile/Scrum
Experience effectively managing a technical team via Agile
Experience in software/R&D environments
Ability to effectively communicate technical information across teams to include bridging technical gaps
Ability to function independently and ability to delegate tasks across teams
Must be able to direct and mentor others on the team
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
