About The Position
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you will guide customers through their shopping journey with honesty, enthusiasm, and product knowledge. You will lead by example on the showroom floor, drive sales, support customer satisfaction, and mentor peers while delivering a consistent, personalized, service-centric experience. This is a full-time, in-store position requiring availability to meet the needs of a retail schedule. The role calls for sales expertise, interpersonal excellence, leadership capability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will help customers create beautiful spaces and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to meet the needs of a retail schedule.
