About The Position

As a Senior Retail Sales Associate - Key Holder at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you will bring energy, service, and leadership to the showroom floor. You will guide customers through a personalized shopping journey reflecting The Bob’s Way—honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset—using tools and product knowledge to address their home furnishing needs. You will also support team development, safety protocols, and daily store operations. The role is based in-store and requires flexible availability for a retail schedule.

Pay is an hourly advance against commission, with an increased hourly rate while serving as Keyholder and uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $75,000 annually.

Requirements

• Ability to engage and serve customers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Track record of achieving personal or team goals.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated customer service, relationship-building, sales engagement and upselling, analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, self-leadership, accountability, communication, active listening, and service-focused concern management skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods and move throughout the showroom to perform in-store tasks.
