Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder
About The Position
DXL Group is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with guests and providing an unmatched retail experience. The associate serves as an apparel product expert and supports the development of a customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training. DXL states that it develops employees to promote from within, operates free-standing stores outside malls that close at 7 p.m., and makes the entire team eligible for quarterly bonuses. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience with problem or complaint resolution.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Serve as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Assist in building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
