About The Position
DXL Group is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who builds long-term relationships with guests by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on customer service, product expertise, and coaching team members in a fast-paced retail environment. DXL operates free-standing stores that close at 7 p.m. and is committed to developing employees for promotion from within. The entire team is eligible for quarterly bonuses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience resolving problems or complaints.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- A college or university degree is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend time learning about their needs, preferences, and lifestyle by asking questions.
- Serve as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Help build a customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
