Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder
About The Position
DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with guests by providing an unmatched retail experience and delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment. The associate will also coach team members to help them achieve their goals. The position includes welcoming guests, learning about their needs and preferences, serving as an expert on a broad range of apparel, and helping build a customer-focused sales team through coaching and training. DXL promotes development and advancement from within, operates free-standing stores rather than mall locations, and offers quarterly bonus eligibility to the entire team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience with problem or complaint resolution.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Serve as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Assist in building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
