About The Position

DXL Group is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who builds long-term relationships with guests through exceptional customer service. The role involves helping guests find apparel suited to their needs, preferences, and lifestyles, and serving as an expert on a broad range of products. The Key Holder also supports a customer-focused sales team by coaching and training team members on selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures. The position is based in a free-standing store that closes at 7 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience resolving problems and complaints.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College or university degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Help build a customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
