About The Position
DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who builds long-term relationships with guests through an unmatched customer experience. The role involves serving guests in a fast-paced environment, sharing product knowledge, and coaching team members to help them achieve their goals. DXL operates free-standing stores that close at 7 p.m. and promotes from within. The entire team is eligible for quarterly bonuses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience resolving problems and complaints.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.

- College or university degree.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Serve as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Help build a superior customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
