Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder
About The Position
DXL Group is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who builds long-term relationships with guests by providing an unmatched retail experience. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, selling a broad range of apparel, and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an expected pay range of $18.00 to $22.35 per hour, based on experience. Compensation includes an hourly base wage and potential commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance after meeting a weekly sales base, if applicable. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales. DXL highlights opportunities for employee development and promotion from within, and its stores are free-standing locations that close at 7 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience resolving problems and complaints.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.

- A college or university degree is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Act as a product knowledge expert and sell and market apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Help build a customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
