As Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of newly registered flag ship condominium properties, leading a team of Property Managers managing day-to-day operations in alignment with the Condominium Act and corporate standards. This leadership role focuses on operational performance, client relations, and staff development while ensuring properties are well-maintained, fiscally sound, and compliant.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in residential condominium property management
- CMRAO General License (required)
- Experience managing multiple sites and leading teams
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Organized, self-directed, and calm under pressure
Nice To Haves
- RCM designation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Advise Boards of Directors and site staff on governance, audits, and compliance
- Oversee vendor management, service contracts, and performance reviews
- Enforce condominium by-laws and declarations across assigned sites
- Prepare and review annual budgets, reserve fund plans, and financial reports
- Conduct weekly site visits and follow up on repairs, deficiencies, and insurance claims
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, AGMs, and special meetings
- Support emergency planning and ensure health and safety compliance
- Lead and develop on-site teams, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Assist in onboarding new team members and supporting internal training initiatives
