About The Position

RISE Association Management Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Condominium Association Manager to oversee condominium community management and support exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. The manager serves as the primary liaison among the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality living environments. The role provides financial and operational leadership, consultative client support, and team guidance. The position is based at 3131 Eastside Street, Houston, TX 77098, and is full-time, with a stated pay range of $65,000–$80,000 based on experience, plus bonus potential. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
At least 2 years of experience in community association management.
General understanding of basic accounting principles.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong data entry skills.
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to RISE procedures, policies, and tools.
Provide financial and operational leadership and consultative support to clients.
Review monthly Board of Directors packets and oversee mass mailings.
Attend board and membership meetings to strengthen client relationships and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Address calls and messages within 24 hours to provide exceptional customer service.
Manage new account onboarding efficiently.
Foster team development through an open-door policy and guidance.
