About The Position

Spectrum Association Management is launching a condominium-focused division called Kiwi Condo Management and is seeking an experienced, proactive Community Manager. The manager oversees condominium community operations and service delivery for a portfolio of up to six buildings, serving as the primary liaison among boards of directors, residents, and vendors.
