About The Position

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to shape shareholder engagement strategies and coordinate them into client campaigns. The role brings teams together, uses data to guide decisions, and builds trusted client relationships to support a strong customer experience. The position is hybrid and may involve local travel to client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

At least 3 years of client service and strategy experience.
Deep knowledge of traditional solicitation processes and shareholder engagement products.
Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events.
Strong data analysis skills and comfort understanding and translating data analytics.
Understanding of corporate issuers and corporate secretary requirements.
Excellent internal and external communication skills.
Ability to operate in an evolving environment as processes and technology change alongside product growth.

Client service experience.

Responsibilities

Create, track, and communicate shareholder engagement strategies to clients.
Partner with service, production, and call center teams to ensure each client’s engagement strategy is followed throughout a campaign.
Oversee client communication schedules and ensure all deliverables are met.
Attend client meetings and industry conferences to develop relationships, build subject matter expertise, and foster trust.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing clients.
Participate in the sales process where required; possible local travel.
Serve as a sponsor and proxy for the ultimate customer, with a strong focus on understanding customer requirements and experience.
