Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Appspace, you will be responsible for leading and managing large, complex, and strategic customer projects within the Enhanced Services delivery team. This hands-on role requires both project management and execution of deliverables. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure successful project delivery. Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate project methodologies are essential. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment with global time zones.

• Responsible for leading and managing large, complex, and/or strategic customer projects within the Enhanced Services delivery team
• Manage projects and execute on deliverables
• Coordinate and collaborate with other areas within the Customer Division, marketing, product development, and sales
• Develop and execute project plans, identify and manage risks, monitor and report progress
• Create, maintain, and deliver project artifacts to the customer project team
• Manage the customer relationship in partnership with the Customer Success and Go To Market teams
• Perform risk management and mitigation
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved scope
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes
• Participate in review and retrospective exercises to identify lessons learned
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Own project status reporting internally and externally
• Work in an agile environment following scrum development processes
• Mentor other team members within the PMO as needed
• Contribute to ongoing growth and formalization of the PMO
• 5+ years previous experience with project management, preferably with SaaS implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Customer-facing roles with executive interaction
• High-integrity, team player with demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
