About The Position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will shape how CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders at large organizations understand and experience the Windows enterprise story. As part of the Windows Commercial Marketing team, the role brings technical depth to Windows messaging through executive briefings, stage presentations, demos, and detailed customer-facing content. The work focuses on Windows hybrid intelligence—running AI securely on PCs and in the cloud—and Windows as a secure platform for agents, connecting product capabilities with enterprise leaders’ cost, security, and device-planning needs. The role owns the Windows experience in Microsoft Executive Briefing Centers, including briefing strategy, narrative, presentations, demo flows, and updates aligned to each release. It also develops enterprise-ready content for releases and major events, collaborates with engineering, product marketing, OEM and silicon partners, and uses customer feedback and briefing outcomes to improve future content and product marketing.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and 3+ years of business experience; or bachelor's degree in one of those fields and 5+ years of business experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Track record of telling technical stories to enterprise executives and IT leaders in briefings, keynotes, or demos, with examples of work that changed a customer conversation.
  • Hands-on AI fluency, including using agents, copilots, and local models and explaining how they work and why enterprises should care.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex platform and hardware stories without losing accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise IT, including security, device management, and identity, and how IT leaders evaluate and buy.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced work, and ability to collaborate across engineering, marketing, and partner teams without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS plus 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, technical evangelism, or another customer-facing technical role, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience running or presenting in executive briefing programs.
  • PC, silicon, or OEM experience, or a background in hardware marketing.
  • Prototypes, demos, or agents the candidate has built, such as GitHub projects, videos, or blog posts.
  • Conference or keynote speaking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Windows strategy and experience in Executive Briefing Centers, including the briefing narrative, deck, demo flow, and updates for each release.
  • Develop detailed customer-facing content and proof points that explain Windows enterprise messaging, hybrid intelligence, Windows as a secure platform for agents, and the capabilities of modern PCs and partner hardware.
  • Build and run the Windows speaker bench by selecting and coaching speakers, providing content and demos, and delivering high-stakes briefings.
  • Shape demos that communicate the Windows enterprise story, building some with AI tools and guiding engineering and partner teams on others; maintain demos as products change.
  • Create enterprise-ready content for Windows releases and major events such as Ignite and OEM launches, working with engineering, product marketing, OEMs, and silicon partners.
  • Track customer responses to stories, demos, and content using briefing outcomes, usage, and feedback, and share findings with product marketing and engineering.
