About The Position

7AI is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for its commercial organization to turn positioning into revenue. This role owns the sales plays, commercial messaging, and competitive material sellers use, and is deliberately broader than sales enablement. A GTM Strategist owns enablement delivery and logistics; this position decides which plays to run, builds their messaging and competitive substance, and manages the feedback loop from the field into positioning. The role builds and optimizes sales plays for priority use cases, ideal customer profiles, competitive situations, and expansion, with success measured by seller adoption. It owns seller-facing talk tracks, objection handling, discovery frameworks, pitch narratives, seller readiness, and pitch certification. It also turns competitive intelligence into field guidance and live-deal support, runs the pricing and packaging program day to day with Product and RevOps, and leads commercial readiness for major launches and quarterly release moments in partnership with the Technical PMM. Deal patterns, objections, and lost-deal themes are used to inform positioning. This is 7AI's first commercial PMM hire, with no existing playbook to inherit.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of Product Marketing experience, including experience in the Cybersecurity or SaaS markets.
  • Credibility with sellers, demonstrated by having carried a quota, participated in live deals, or otherwise earned sellers' trust and influence.
  • Experience building a sales play end to end and explaining how sellers used it and what it produced.
  • Commercial judgment focused on pipeline and win rates, including the ability to distinguish messaging that tests well from messaging that moves deals.
  • Competitive sharpness in live situations, including experience writing objection handling that stands up to competitors and skeptical prospects.
  • Comfort participating in pricing conversations with Product, RevOps, and Finance on packaging and value.
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to build without an existing playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize sales plays for priority use cases, ICPs, competitive situations, and expansion, and measure seller adoption.
  • Own commercial messaging for sellers, including talk tracks, objection handling, discovery frameworks, and pitch narratives within the company messaging architecture.
  • Own seller readiness and pitch certification, deciding what reaches the field and when; the GTM Strategist handles delivery and logistics.
  • Turn competitive intelligence into field advantage through battlecards, competitive talk tracks, and live deal support, using research owned by the Head of PMM.
  • Run the pricing and packaging program day to day with Product and RevOps, and own seller-facing guidance, pricing narratives, and value articulation.
  • Lead commercial readiness and field activation for major launches and quarterly release moments in partnership with the Technical PMM.
  • Feed deal patterns, objections, and lost-deal themes back into strategy as evidence to shape positioning.
