About The Position

Phorest is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead commercial and positioning strategy for sophisticated customer segments and advanced operational workflows globally. The role partners closely with Product squads developing capabilities for complex, multi-location, and clinical business environments, ensuring products address meaningful customer problems and drive adoption, expansion, and retention. The position owns global positioning, messaging, and launch playbooks, building these foundations for regional Product Marketing Managers in the UKI, North America, DACH, and Australia to adapt to their markets. It also helps shape how Phorest markets to its growing customer segments and contributes to the development of Product Marketing practices across the company. The successful candidate will turn complex operational challenges into clear, compelling, commercially effective narratives. They will build foundational assets that enable regional colleagues to succeed, partner with Product and Engineering teams, and use customer insights and performance data to refine go-to-market strategy. Flexi-time and working from home are possible, and remote work is also available.

Requirements

  • Typically 7+ years of Product Marketing experience, with ownership of complex, high-impact product areas, multi-region initiatives, or pillar-level launches.
  • Experience marketing to nuanced, multi-stakeholder buyer personas, such as operational leaders, practitioners, and finance stakeholders, in complex or specialised software ecosystems.
  • Deep experience across the full Product Marketing lifecycle, from customer insight gathering and product roadmap shaping to positioning and launch execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort using Looker or similar tools to evaluate funnel metrics and adoption trends and demonstrate go-to-market return on investment.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with embedded Product and Engineering squads and work effectively with distributed regional go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to incorporate field feedback and translate it into actionable product marketing assets.
  • Collaborative approach, including willingness to share learnings, give and receive feedback, and improve team playbooks.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to turn complex operational challenges into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Curiosity about customers, composure in fast-paced environments, and enthusiasm for building playbooks and foundational assets.

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer and regional-team insights into operational workflows, regulatory nuances, buyer needs, and competitor activity to inform product roadmaps and commercial strategy.
  • Own global positioning and messaging for complex, multi-location, and clinical capabilities, creating clear narratives that regional Product Marketing Managers can adapt.
  • Build battle cards, pitch talk tracks, and objection-handling guides to support regional Product Marketing Managers and local commercial teams.
  • Define launch tiers and rollout approaches for major product releases with Product and Product Operations, and provide ready-to-use launch packs for regional execution.
  • Test innovative launch channels and messaging, and use Looker or similar analytics, funnel metrics, and regional adoption feedback to measure performance and refine positioning.
  • Collaborate with regional Product Marketing peers, share launch learnings, and improve shared templates and playbooks.
  • Partner with Product squads during discovery and roadmap planning, contributing market and customer insight.
  • Demonstrate and drive measurable product marketing impact on adoption, revenue, and retention in key customer segments.
