Responsibilities

  • Own field go-to-market and revenue acceleration strategy for the full Power Platform portfolio, translating business goals into prioritized sales motions, target customers, execution plans, and measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with sales and go-to-market leaders, specialist teams, account teams, and sellers to identify revenue opportunities, understand execution gaps, and drive actions to improve attainment.
  • Lead pipeline strategy and inspection across Power Platform, using data to assess coverage, quality, velocity, conversion, whitespace, and risk, and focus resources on high-impact opportunities.
  • Create practical seller guidance on portfolio positioning, priority customers and scenarios, deal strategy, and common commercial and competitive barriers.
  • Develop and operationalize portfolio-level sales plays connecting Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Work IQ, and related capabilities to customer needs and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and run a regular business rhythm with sales, finance, business planning, and marketing leaders to review performance, surface risks, make tradeoffs, remove blockers, and maintain accountability.
  • Partner with channel and partner organizations to identify how partners can create pipeline, accelerate implementation and consumption, and scale repeatable solutions and sales motions.
  • Use seller feedback, deal patterns, customer insight, and business performance to influence product, packaging, licensing, enablement, investment, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Create concise executive updates communicating performance, pipeline health, risks, opportunities, recommendations, and leadership asks.
  • Lead cross-functional interventions to remove commercial friction, improve seller readiness, accelerate opportunities, and increase returns from go-to-market investments.
  • Stay close to sellers, deals, and performance data, moving quickly from diagnosis to action and prioritizing clear field actions.
  • Build trusted relationships with sales leaders, sellers, go-to-market teams, finance, partners, and product stakeholders.
  • Navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, make tradeoffs, and create accountability across teams that do not report directly to the role.
