About The Position

Oscar is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care (OVC), improving how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. The role spans the experience before, during, and after a visit, including intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, treatment, and follow-up. Oscar’s combination of a health plan and its own care delivery organization allows product decisions to connect directly to the cost and quality of care. The Senior Product Manager will partner with clinical and business teams to identify where technology can help members get the care they need, improve access to virtual care and health assessments, support clinical workflows, and reduce administrative work for care teams. The position turns ambiguous problems into clear product direction, aligns partners around priorities, and works with engineering, design, and data science to deliver and measure outcomes. The role reports to a Director, Product Management. It is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Boston, Massachusetts, though Oscar’s work approach may adapt over time and could involve a hybrid presence at the associated metro-area hub. The base salary is $163,944.00–$215,176.50 per year. The role is also eligible for employee benefits, Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses. Oscar is an Equal Opportunity Employer focused on cultivating an environment where employees can be authentic and find belonging and support.
