About The Position

Oscar is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care (OVC), improving how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. The role spans the experience before, during, and after a visit, including intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, treatment, and follow-up. Oscar’s combination of a health plan and care delivery organization allows product decisions to connect directly to the cost and quality of care. The Senior Product Manager will work with clinical and business partners to identify how technology can improve access to virtual care and health assessments, support clinical workflows, and reduce administrative work for care teams. The role turns ambiguous problems into clear product direction, aligns partners on priorities, and works with engineering, design, and data science to deliver and measure results. This position reports to a Director, Product Management. The position is based in Oscar’s Los Angeles (Marina del Rey) office and follows a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week. Thursday is a required office day; the other two office days are flexible. The base pay range is $163,944.00–$215,176.50 per year. The role is also eligible for employee benefits, Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
