About The Position

Oscar is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care (OVC), improving how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. The role spans the experience before, during, and after a visit, including intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, treatment, and follow-up. Oscar combines a health plan with its own care delivery organization, enabling product decisions to connect directly to the cost and quality of care. The Senior Product Manager will partner with clinical and business teams to identify where technology can help members get the care they need. This includes improving access to virtual care and health assessments, supporting effective clinical workflows, and reducing administrative work for care teams. The role turns ambiguous problems into clear product direction, aligns partners around priorities, and works with engineering, design, and data science to deliver and measure outcomes. It reports to a Director, Product Management. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Boston, Massachusetts; the work model may adapt over time and could potentially involve hybrid presence at the metro area's hub office. The base pay is $163,944.00–$215,176.50 per year. The role is also eligible for employee benefits, Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
