About The Position

Oscar is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care (OVC), improving how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. The role spans the experience before, during, and after a visit, including intake and scheduling, clinical documentation, treatment, and follow-up. The Senior Product Manager will work with clinical and business partners to identify where technology can help members get needed care. This includes improving access to virtual care and health assessments, supporting effective clinical workflows, and reducing administrative work for care teams. The role requires translating ambiguous problems into a clear product direction, aligning partners around priorities, and collaborating with engineering, design, and data science to deliver and measure results. This position reports to a Director, Product Management. It is fully remote and open to candidates who reside in San Francisco, California, although Oscar's approach to work may adapt over time and future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the metro area's hub office. The base salary is $163,944.00–$215,176.50 per year. The role is also eligible for employee benefits, unlimited vacation, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
