About The Position

Oscar is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care (OVC). The role focuses on improving how members access care and how clinicians deliver it across the experience before, during, and after a visit, including intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, treatment, and follow-up. Oscar combines a health plan with its own care delivery organization, allowing product decisions to connect directly to the cost and quality of care. The Senior Product Manager will partner with clinical and business teams to identify opportunities for technology to improve access to virtual care and health assessments, support effective clinical workflows, and reduce administrative work for care teams. The role turns ambiguous problems into clear product direction, aligns partners on priorities, and works with engineering, design, and data science to deliver and measure results. The position reports to a Director, Product Management. It is based in Oscar’s Los Angeles (Marina del Rey) office and follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week. Thursdays are required in-office; the other two office days are flexible. Base pay is $163,944.00–$215,176.50 per year. Eligible compensation and benefits include employee benefits, unlimited vacation, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
