About The Position

Oscar is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care (OVC), improving how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. The work spans the experience before, during, and after a visit, including intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, treatment, and follow-up. Oscar’s combination of a health plan and its own care delivery organization allows product decisions to connect directly to care costs and quality. The role partners with clinical and business teams to identify how technology can improve access to virtual care and health assessments, support effective clinical workflows, and reduce administrative work for care teams. The Senior Product Manager turns ambiguous problems into a clear product direction, aligns partners on priorities, and works with engineering, design, and data science to deliver and measure results. This position reports to a Director, Product Management. The position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in San Francisco, California. Oscar notes that its approach to work may adapt over time, and future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with the candidate’s metro area. The base pay is $163,944.00–$215,176.50 per year. The role is also eligible for employee benefits, Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
