About The Position

Xometry is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own product capabilities for account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted messaging. The role determines which accounts marketing should focus on, helps reach them across channels, and enables messages to match account industry, tier, and buying stage. The marketing team owns message content; this role builds the capabilities to deliver it to the right accounts and people and works with analytics to measure engagement and pipeline impact. The Senior Product Manager joins an existing MarTech product and engineering team, owns a defined roadmap area, and ships in quarterly increments against clear metrics. Manufacturing industry knowledge is not required. The role covers account targeting and tiering, cross-channel ABM audiences, targeted web and email content, sales engagement alerts, program measurement, AI-enabled prioritization and workflow, and hands-on evaluation of ABM and messaging tools. It consumes the account data model, identity resolution, and enrichment capabilities owned by the MarTech platform team, and provides requirements back to that team. Marketing owns messaging and creative; product leadership owns recommendation models and broader personalization strategy. The role aims to improve engagement, quote rates, pipeline, revenue, and lead quality from target accounts; increase performance of targeted web and email experiences compared with generic versions; and speed up ABM campaign and message-test launches.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in ABM, growth, lifecycle, or marketing technology.
  • Shipped an ABM or targeted messaging capability on at least one of web, email, or paid media, with measurable results that can be quantified.

  • At least one AI-driven product or feature launch and daily use of AI tools such as Claude or Cursor in one’s own work.
  • Comfort with data, including the ability to write basic SQL or work directly in a data warehouse such as Snowflake, and experience setting up tests rather than relying on before-and-after charts.
  • Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and engineering, including examples of getting a partner team to adopt something built.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the target account program in product, building logic and tooling for tiered target-account lists using firmographic fit, intent, and engagement signals so marketing and sales use the same lists.
  • Ship account-based audiences for paid media, including LinkedIn, Google, and ABM platforms, and keep them synchronized with CRM and marketing automation as accounts change tiers and stages.
  • Build segment-based dynamic content for key web pages and email programs based on industry, account tier, role, and buying stage.
  • Provide marketers with self-service controls to launch and change targeted experiences without requiring an engineering ticket for each campaign.
  • Partner with the Sales Operations PM to route target-account engagement into Salesforce and Slack, and track which alerts sales representatives act on.
  • Define success metrics with analytics before launch, establish holdouts and A/B tests for targeted messages, and report results.
  • Apply AI to account prioritization and to producing message variants within marketing’s guardrails; use AI tools daily for discovery, specifications, and analysis.
  • Run hands-on tests of ABM and messaging tools and share findings with product and marketing leadership.
  • Consume the account data model, identity resolution, and enrichment capabilities provided by the MarTech platform team and send back requirements.
