Twin Health
•$140,000 - $160,000•Remote

About The Position

Twin Health is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own messaging and commercialization for cardio-metabolic programs sold to health plans, employers, and health systems. The role develops and maintains the story for what Twin sells, who its programs serve, and why buyers choose Twin, supporting launches, RFIs, and sales conversations across a growing portfolio that includes Type 2 Diabetes, Healthy Weight, and Prediabetes. The successful candidate will set the messaging strategy and write sales and marketing content for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. They will partner with Product on launches and go-to-market, connect clinical outcomes and product capabilities to buyer value, and assess messaging in actual sales conversations and deal outcomes. This is the second Product Marketing Manager hire, offering an opportunity to help shape a small, growing function. The role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and sits on the Product team. This is a remote opportunity based in the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience, ideally at a health technology or B2B SaaS company with multiple products or segments.
  • Experience building personas from actual buyer interviews, rather than demographics alone.
  • Experience building a messaging framework that works across more than one product.
  • Experience writing sales and marketing content that sales representatives use in deals.
  • Strong writing skills, from executive narratives to rep-ready talk tracks.
  • Skill using AI tools, sound judgment in evaluating their output, and accountability for work accuracy.
  • A track record of working across Product, Sales, Marketing, Health Economics, and Customer Success without authority over those teams.
  • High standards for accuracy.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

  • Interview prospective buyers and current clients and turn findings into personas covering needs, buying processes, and common objections.
  • Translate clinical outcomes and product capabilities into value propositions that sales representatives can use in live deals.
  • Partner with Product on launches, from defining customer value through go-to-market.
  • Write pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, FAQs, RFI/RFP responses, and demo and video scripts, and work with Marketing and Design to deliver them.
  • Track whether new messaging is effective in sales conversations and deal outcomes, and improve it when needed.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with Sales, Health Economics, and Customer Success to keep messaging current as programs change.
  • Maintain a connected Twin story across the portfolio, including for company all-hands and major partner presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
