Cisco•San Jose, CA
•$194,600 - $285,700•Hybrid

About The Position

Cisco is seeking a product leader to own the vision and roadmap for customer insights and adoption across Cisco Cloud Control. The role will build capabilities that show how customers onboard, move between experiences, use products and features, and realize value across their Cisco environments. It will turn product signals into trusted insights and relevant customer journeys that improve outcomes, support appropriate adoption, and guide a coherent product-led experience. The position develops an end-to-end view of the customer lifecycle by connecting product signals across surfaces, accounts, roles, and lifecycle stages. It uses behavioral data alongside research and customer-facing feedback to understand adoption, identify friction, and inform product decisions. The role also creates and improves in-product journeys, establishes a customer-value-based growth model, and measures adoption of AI agents and agent-enabled workflows. Success requires aligning cross-functional teams around evidence and translating findings into actionable requirements and roadmap choices. This role requires working onsite in Cisco’s San Jose office in a hybrid model. The application window is expected to close on 12/03/2026.
